Elected Director (NSW)
I grew up in and work across Western Sydney. In each stage of my career, I have undertaken roles with the view of facilitating greater reach and impact of health and wellbeing outcomes for young people. I currently work as Partnerships and Community Development Manager across headspace centres in Parramatta, Mount Druitt, Penrith and Castle Hill, implementing strategy for collaboration and health promotion.
I also work with the Joining the Dots Welcome Dinner Project in NSW, connecting Newly Arrived Australians with Established Australians over a home dinner, am undertaking a Master of Business Administration, and was accepted in 2017 into the IECL Ignites young leaders development program.
I am passionate about youth participation, championing women in leadership and governance, increasing young people’s access and pathways to help seeking in mental health, strengths of and outcomes for First Australians and LGBTIQAP+ young people, and social inclusion for Newly Arrived Australians.
I hope to work alongside diverse and unique young people across Australia in my term, contribute meaningfully to AAAH’s vision for youth participation and be attentive to emergent themes in youth health.
